Our 2022 Impact Snapshot

To round out the year, we've been reflecting on what we've achieved together with our incredible clients and their hapori in the past Financial Year.

With two of our team members welcoming new pēpi in 2021, we have planned carefully over the past 18 months to ensure our limited availability for projects could benefit the communities who needed us most, including Māori, people with disabilities, and at-risk tamariki and rangatahi in Waitaha. We're very proud of our team for delivering 6% of our mahi hours pro-bono in the Financial Year ending 2022, and 91% of our mahi hours at discounted rates to tautoko a variety of kaupapa.

Presenting our latest impact report: a short summary of how we benefitted our clients and the marginalised communities they serve, in the Financial Year ending March 2022.

Reporting on our impact is an essential part of our commitment to ensuring we are doing business that's good for people and the planet. As a certified B Corporation (with a recent re-certification leap of 25 points) and an Ākina Impact Supplier, we are constantly striving to improve how we operate and assist clients to amplify the voices of marginalised communities to create positive change.

Our mahi during the Financial Year ending 2022 enabled not-for-profits and organisations to communicate their impact, engage and co-design with stakeholders, and lead successful campaigns that challenged perceptions. We are looking forward to continuing this mahi in 2023 with our Ngātahi community.
